Who we are

Age of Artists is a non-profit organizational development, consulting, and research company that specializes in transferring artistic approaches to other disciplines. Age of Artists is also an open community and at the same time an international network that connects like-minded people with diverse résumés: artists, managers, psychologists, designers, architects, consultants, anthropologists, engineers, physicists and developers from several countries.

Thomas Richter

Supreme Leader of Glitches and Aesthetics

Thomas Richter researches the transfer of artistic-aesthetic working methods and processes in organisations. In the context of Open Innovation, the expansion of innovation ecosystems, he is investigating the integration of artists and designers into entrepreneurial practice.

Dirk Dobiéy

Chief Curiosity Conductor

Dirk is co-founder of Age of Artists. He has a background in business and social science. Between 1998 and 2014 Dirk held various consulting and international management positions at companies such as SAP, T-Systems and Hewlett Packard.

Sarah Friese

Head of Multiverse Exploration

Sarah is an geographer with an interdisciplinary background in natural sciences, management and urban design. She analyzes current situations, explores transitions and designs transformation processes.

Paul Angermeyer

Head of Narratives and Worldbuilding

Paul is an author, copywriter and communications strategist. During his time at the UdK Berlin, he researched between art and science. His focus is on making the findings of artistic-aesthetic work visible and making them relevant to society.

Kathrin Dobiéy

Kathrin is Head of Serendipity at Age of Artists. She has a business background and worked for different companies such as L’Oreal, VF Corp., and Idee.Design.Licht as a Sales & Marketing Manager.

Thomas is co-founder of Age of Artists. He has over 18 years of experience as an expert in organizational and strategy development as well as corporate communications and is also active as an author and speaker.
