Who we are

Age of Artists is a non-profit consulting and research company that specializes in transferring artistic approaches to other disciplines. Age of Artists is also an open community and at the same time an international network that connects like-minded people with diverse résumés: artists, managers, psychologists, designers, architects, consultants, anthropologists, engineers, physicists and developers from several countries.

Sarah is an geographer with an interdisciplinary background in natural sciences, management and urban design. She analyzes current situations, explores transitions and designs transformation processes.
Paul Angermeyer

Paul Angermeyer

Head of Narratives and Worldbuilding
Paul is an author, copywriter and communications strategist. During his time at the UdK Berlin, he researched between art and science. His focus is on making the findings of artistic-aesthetic work visible and making them relevant to society.

Thomas Richter

Supreme Leader of Glitches and Aesthetics
Thomas Richter researches the transfer of artistic-aesthetic working methods and processes in organisations. In the context of Open Innovation, the expansion of innovation ecosystems, he is investigating the integration of artists and designers into entrepreneurial practice.
