The objective of the project was to develop a differentiated understanding of innovation in service provision and business development and to create a framework for promoting innovation that helps to strengthen and expand it. Our contribution to this project was to support the responsible team members in a joint design process to develop a comprehensive strategic framework for innovation management. This framework was known as the organisation’s Innovation Journey, which consisted of the analytical derivation of the reasons for a stronger focus on innovation management, the classification of innovation types, as well as the outline of a framework for innovation promotion. All elements of the Innovation Journey were brought together as part of an artistic and graphic implementation in order to support communication and change within the organisation.
